Let Your Breath Move You

Come to a single class and you will know my web address is me poking a bit of fun at myself. Take a nice deep breath. I say it or some variation every 30 seconds it seems. And it really is important.

I want you to be in your body during class. To notice. To be aware. To feel the movement, elongation, relaxation and everything else that is or is not happening. Your breath is the key to this.

The particular pose is irrelevant. Learn to feel and follow the tides or waves of your breath, its ebb and flow; relaxation and elongation will follow naturally. Learn to let go, to just be; your breath will move you if you give it the chance.

Anyone can do yoga and everyone can benefit from it.
